When designing an EA Mattes saddle pad you will have three options to select from.
The PM System - Your pad will have a lower velcro strap and then a slit at the top just like the Turquoise pad - read more here
Bottom Velcro - the pad will only have a lower Velcro strap and no top strap - just like this pad :
Top + Bottom Velcro - the pad will have both a top and bottom Velcro strap - just like this pad :
